This depends on the generator order. In the case of a 2.6 KW generator-size & with constant & optimal operational wind speeds, you could generate up to 62.4 KW input per day. Vayu operates 24 hours compared to solar operating approximately 5-10 hours a day. It operates when you’re asleep.

Vayu is the first true wind energy system which fully integrates into nature with its 3-dimensional motion as a natural movement. Through its bionic motion it protects birds, is noiseless & has no ultra- or infra Sounds to protect wildlife. Therefore it can be installed in residential areas. The bionic movement is also a very nice movement to look at, similar to a dragonfly’s wing-movement and not “as a machine movement” as with all other old fashioned 2-D windmills.

In phase one, Vayu will be offered as an off-grid solution which can be paired with batteries & solar panels. In 2022, we will provide an upgraded module for on-grid integration & to generate revenue from the power provider.

For plants with batteries (off-grid) there is no overproduced electricity. For plants that are connected to the grid (on-grid), overproduced electricity is fed into the grid.

A system with existing solar panels will still produce electricity in the case of sun. The Vayu in the case of no wind will not produce electricity & will not rotate.

In the case of an off-grid system, the excess electricity produced can be stored according to the battery size, but not sold. In the case of an on-grid system, it depends on the respective country regulations & the grid providers.

The system is wired against all common weather occurrences. For regions with more unusual weather conditions (sandstorms etc.) the system can be upgraded accordingly.

The height depends on the wind conditions on site & the legal requirements. The turbine should be placed on a pole anchored to the ground near your building.

The Vayu in its current form is not mobile. It is a stationary plant. However, mobile plants are also being considered for the future.

It depends on when you make the reservation and are in the lineup for production. The number of orders is increasing every day and postpones the delivery time further. We will deliver the first Vayu’s in 2021 and will process the pre-orders as fast as we can. It is possible to pre-pay the full amount, then you will get a golden ticket and be directly advanced in the lineup for production.

This again depends on the size of the generator, the specification in detail of your wishes and configuration, which can range from € 8’000 up to € 30’000.
